One Party Rule

Is this where we're going? This article by Geov Parish at Workingforchange.com lays out One Party Republican rule pretty sadly. Call me a burned out paranoid, but haven't some of us been sounding the horn about this? For years? How do we stem the tide? It's not going to happen at the top, it has to start at the bottom.
