our governor closed schools today and tomorrow causing a huge gas panic on friday. what a friggin nightmare.
and to top it all off, he clogged up my damn email doing this because all my damn students keep emailing me to ask if the U is open today. UGH!!
Yes, and Bush followed that up with the brilliant energy solution of "drive less". Really, that's not a joke. Check the link, will have to do a post on it. (http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/09/27/business/gas.php) so much for traveling and going to Disneyland (isn't that what he said after 9/11?). What's the talking point now? "Well, we're just shutting down the country for a little while to relax, stay at home, gather our strength."
