I only wish this guy had basic job skills. Hell, I'd be afraid to let him use a stapler. And, you know how Bush hates to get bad news. I imagine his submissive minions - the ones who were afraid to tell him how bad Katrina really was - were reluctant to point out that he's definitely challenged when it comes to dressing himself.. They probably didn't tell him about the big wad of toilet paper stuck to his shoe, either.
